Muthafuckan Mac

The name came from one of my little cousins who I cooked it for.

When we say cheesy goodness! This is what we mean! We are a business who love in layers, and this is truly a dish to fall in love with. This is not your normal Mac & Cheese and it's not even closed to anyone else's Seafood Mac. This goodness is smothered with some of our favorite smoked cheeses that we blend for a great unique flavor, crawfish, fresh lump of crab meat, and shrimp. Depending on the occasion, we top it with Buttery Lobster. Our seasoning is what you cannot miss and has been created and well blended from the heart of the Chef.  Let's be honest, we cannot have Mac & Cheese dry. Our Mac & Cheese is baked to perfection to make sure it is cheesy, gooey with a punch of Homemade Cajun Flava.
